The Sutter County SELPA is here to help insure every child receives the best Special Education has to offer. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Alternative Dispute Resolution is a process that provides an alternative means of resolving disagreements and disputes that may arise between you and your child's school. The intent of the ADR process is to maintain the postive, collaborative relationship between a family and the school. This process allows the parties involved to control and shape thier own agreement.
